Terms of Payment:

(a) All transactions must be received in full into my bank account before the release of any items.

(b) For custom, bulk and made to order items customers may (pending written agreement and approval from Harry R. Brown trading as Ignis Inception)  opt to pay an initial deposit (that will cover the cost of goods and labour) with the remaining payments allowed to come in agreed instalments. Point (a) still stands valid. For more information contact Ignis Inception under the subject ‘Payment Plan Attn. Harry R. Brown’.

 

Methods of payment accepted:

(a) EFTPOS

(b) Credit Card

(c) Cash

(d) PayPal

(f) Direct Deposit

Manufacturing:

(a) Manufacturing of item will commence after payment is received.

(b) As items are build to order build time and delivery of the purchased item/s may change depending on demand and other operational influences. For a more accurate estimation of delivery time please contact Ignis Inception (if you have already made an order and are awaiting delivery please clearly quote your order number and details).

(c) As per the nature of Ignis Inception’s products no two products will be exactly alike. Therefor delivered items may not exactly match product images. Please use product images as a guide to what your product should resemble. For more specific details please read the product description.

 

Shipping:

Ignis Inception shipps through Australia Post. Therefor after I have handed over an item to australia post the safety of that item is then assigned to Australia Post and I will not accept responsibility of the item beyond this point.

That being said, if at item is broken in transit the item can be replaced or money reimbursed. However in order for this to happen the customer needs to send the damaged products back to Ignis Inception within 20 days from purchase date to claim.

 

Warranties / Guarantees / Refunds/Returns:

Ignis Inception aligns and abides by Australian Consumer Law as per:

• Refund / replacement / compensation upon major failures

• Discount / repair upon minor failure

 

(a) 7 day money back guarantee (minus shipping costs) for change of mind if in as-new state. Money will be returned after receival and inspection of unwanted item in question.

(b) Section (a) can be declined if the item is returned in a damaged condition, pending it is not a manufacture defect.

(c) Any broken items or components that are so as a result of a manufacturing fault can be replaced and repaired within one year of purchase for no extra charge (minus shipping costs).

(d) In extension to section (c), any items or components that become damaged or broken by means other than manufacturer fault can be replaced or repaired via Ignis Inception for a fee.

(e) In extension to section (d), selective components can also be mailed to at a lesser fee. However these ‘selective components’ are pending the full discretion of Harry R. Brown trading as Ignis Inception and one requiring such a service must submit a detailed request via the Resolution Centre. All requests must include:

• Name

• Item required

• Reason for request

• Contact information including phone number

(f) If at item is broken in transit the item can be replaced (within reason) or refounded. However in order for this to happen the customer needs to send the damaged products back to Ignis Inception within 30 days from purchase date to claim.

(g) All returns are subject to Australian Consumer Law

Made to Order Products

Many items for sale at Ignis Inception is made to order and therefore inherently unique. For this reason your item might not appear exactly like the corresponding images. For example regarding the Genesis Lamp; the insulator, cloth cord pattern and sometimes leather type can change from build to build. For more information please feel free to contact Ignis Inception.
